Cancellation Policy
Registration Cancellation
A substitute delegate can make it without any extra costs If you are unable to attend it; or the seat(s) can be changed to credit voucher which can be used in our future events; should you cancel your registration before 30 days prior to the event date, a charge of 70% of the registration fee will be deducted; We regret that we can't accept the cancellation if it took place 30 days before the event date and payments will not be refunded and all the costs should be fully paid as well.
Event Cancellation
If event is canceled, all fees paid by participants may be refunded or transited to a credit voucher which can be used in our future events.
Your Content in our Services
Some of our Services allow you to submit content. You retain the ownership of any intellectual property held in respect of the content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. Linworld Group (www.linworld-group.com) may also stop providing Services for you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own ownership of your data and retain access to such data. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.

All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or Wuhan, Hubei, China, and you and Linworld Group (www.linworld-group.com) consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
