Linworld's 13th China International Anti-Corruption Compliance Summit 2024

In general, the summit consisted of two main parts:

1.4 Analysis of Key Elements for the Non-Prosecution of Criminal Compliance: Partner from King & Wood Mallesons brought her following thoughts: Introduction to the legal standards, the scope of application, the initiation mechanism and main proceedings.

2, Firsthand Experiences Sharing from Industry Leaders

2.1 How to use new technology to help fight corruption and other risks. 2.3 Culture of compliance journey, industry veterans from Bosch, Olympus, 3M, Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, Fangda Partners, SIG, Microsoft, Pfizer shared their experience in how to truly enable employees to accept compliance culture and implement it practically in their own initiative.
