Industry veterans from GE, PepsiCo, Cargill, Bosch, Grant Thornton, Johnson Matthey shared their experience in how to truly enable employees to accept compliance culture and implement it practically in their own initiative and how to promote a speak-up culture in China. “Creating a culture of compliance means embedding good behaviors at all levels of your organization, especial the middle level managers.” This is the voice from our participants.
